This complex is comprised of 3 buildings that share a large common lobby. The lobby has the look and feel og a 5 star hotel with its large seating areas, fireplace, beautiful fish tank, large fish and turtle pond with trickle down waterfall and top quality furnishings. The hallways are well apppointed and all suites have double door entry. The buildings known as ONE PARK LANE are a hidden gem steps to the AGO, all major hospitals and minutes to the Eato Centre. The suites are very spacious and all suites have 2 full bathrooms with the smallest suite being a one bedroom at 1050 ft. and the largest being 3 bed and just under 2,000 sq. ft. All three buildings have rooftop gardens and BBQ's. A diverse mix of people reside here with many being Doctors given the close proximity to the hospitals
while others are mainly professionals. Security is paramount with video surveillance and 24 hour staff security/concierge. A magnificent place to call home.
